As a matter of fact, cyclists in Jakarta have now increased and often seen at the side streets, which actually proves that people in Jakarta have always been cycling fans even before this pandemic happened because of the many health benefits of this activity. But because this is an unprecedented time be cycling, people need to follow certain rules and regulations to assure their safety.

Preparation for cycling
Before going out to do cycling, there are certain things that must be done first. Next, it is also very important to keep the bike clean especially the specific parts that are in contact with the body parts, especially the hands; in relation to this, it is also very important to keep the entire body clean and washed before going out and before having any contact with the bike. It is also important to choose a mask that is comfortable to wear, not too tight and breathable, so it will not be a struggle to go cycling with it.
